Nick brings significant expertise in project and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, and valuation. At Intersect, he leads Financial Planning and Analysis, Market Risk, and Insurance and Risk Management.
Before Intersect, Nick was Vice President of Corporate Finance for Recurrent Energy, one of North America’s largest energy infrastructure developers, where he helped secure over $6 billion in financing for large-scale assets. Previously, Nick was an economic consultant at Deloitte, advising multinational clients on valuation and transfer pricing.
Nick holds a BA from the University of Washington and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.
Nick lives in Guam with his wife and three children. He loves sports, food, and travel. His perfect day consists of walking and eating his way through a new city.
