Solutions

The race for AI is no longer gated by chips or code, but by the speed of physical infrastructure delivery.

We deliver the fastest, cheapest, cleanest, and most reliable energy and data center solutions for the inevitable scale of what comes next.

AI infrastructure

Intersect helps data center customers identify the best technology solutions for their needs. Our model is built on the co-location of industrial demand with dedicated gas and renewable power generation.

Grid-tied power

Intersect develops, owns, and operates some of the world’s largest grid-tied clean energy resources, providing industrials, utilities, and other power customers with affordable and reliable power solutions.

Powering the AI revolution

  • Our partnership with Google and TPG Rise Climate is redefining how data centers are built by co-locating load with gas and renewable energy sources to produce the fastest, cheapest, cleanest, and most reliable energy at industrial scale without taxing the grid.

The partnership is designed to deliver gigawatts of new data center capacity across the U.S. with Intersect catalyzing a targeted $20 billion in renewable power infrastructure investment by the end of the decade. The first project is in construction and expected to be operational in 2026

Redefining speed in power infrastructure

  • In one of the largest standalone battery financings in U.S. history, we secured $837 million for three standalone utility-scale energy storage projects in Texas.

We moved from concept to deployment of 960 MWh of capacity in under 12 months, setting a new pace for energy infrastructure execution.

Reliable Delivery In Volatile Times

  • Our Oberon facility in California with 679 MWp of solar and 1 GWh of storage came online below budget and ahead of schedule in one of the most volatile supply chain environments in history, demonstrating reliable infrastructure deployment at speed and scale regardless of market volatility.

We fast-tracked the procurement and installation of a critical 500 kV circuit breaker and departed from conventional industry procurement practices to create a blueprint for deploying large-scale energy infrastructure.

American companies. American made.

  • Intersect invests in equipment manufactured in America. The scale of our projects and long-term procurement agreements give us end-to-end control, allow us to buy ahead of need to reduce supply chain risk, and speed up delivery timelines with certainty and scale.

We source domestically-manufactured project components, creating local jobs and driving U.S. manufacturing and economic growth. Our supplier partnerships are one of our greatest strategic advantages.

Financing velocity for the hyperscaler era

  • Financing is the backbone of large-scale infrastructure delivery—and speed is everything. With ~$10 billion in project financings and ~$2.1 billion in corporate equity secured, Intersect’s track record with long-term investors is unmatched in the industry.

Each of our transactions proves assets are built faster through repeatable models that align capital, technology, and execution.

Less talk. More steel.

We have $15 billion in gigawatt-scale energy and AI infrastructure solutions delivered and currently under construction.

Bring us the challenge.
