Solutions

The race for AI is no longer gated by chips or code, but by the speed of physical infrastructure delivery.

We deliver the fastest, cheapest, cleanest, and most reliable energy and data center solutions for the inevitable scale of what comes next.

A decade of visible, proven execution.

Our track record of building world class energy technology combined with our business model innovation speaks for itself.

Commitment in action.

Advancing U.S. energy innovation.

  • On December 22, 2025, Intersect announced an agreement to be acquired by Google. Included in the transaction is Intersect’s world-class team and multiple gigawatts of energy and data center projects in development or under construction. The acquisition will enable more data center and generation capacity to come online, faster, while accelerating energy development and innovation.

Intersect’s acquisition is a natural evolution of the strategic partnership announced in 2024 with Google and TPG Rise Climate to provide scaled digital infrastructure and clean power solutions. Our first project, Quantum, is in construction and expected to be operational in 2026.

Building enduring partnerships with communities.

  • Our approach to community engagement is foundational to how we build. We work alongside local communities from the earliest stages of site evaluation through long-term operations.

We build relationships early, listen closely to ensure local perspectives are meaningfully integrated into every phase of a project’s lifecycle, and remain present long after construction is complete. Our developments create jobs, generate sustained local spending, support small businesses, and strengthen local tax bases for decades.

American companies. American made.

  • Intersect invests in equipment manufactured in America. The scale of our projects and long-term procurement agreements give us end-to-end control, allow us to buy ahead of need to reduce supply chain risk, and speed up delivery timelines with certainty and scale.

We source domestically-manufactured project components, creating local jobs and driving U.S. manufacturing and economic growth. Our supplier partnerships are one of our greatest strategic advantages.

Reliable delivery in volatile times.

  • The Oberon facility in California with 679 MWp of solar and 1 GWh of storage came online in 2023 below budget and ahead of schedule in one of the most volatile supply chain environments in history, demonstrating reliable infrastructure deployment at speed and scale regardless of market volatility.

We fast-tracked the procurement and installation of a critical 500 kV circuit breaker and departed from conventional industry procurement practices to create a blueprint for deploying large-scale energy infrastructure.

Less talk. More steel.

In a market full of slides, spreadsheets, and press releases, we have delivered gigawatt-scale, energy and AI infrastructure solutions. This is the difference between strategy and steel.

Bring us the challenge.
