Nick brings 20 years of experience in energy and infrastructure, spanning finance, commercial, and engineering roles. At Intersect, he leads External Affairs, Corporate Technology (IT), Human Resources, Legal Operations, and Corporate Initiatives.
Prior to Intersect, Nick managed Investor Relations at Chevron, working with the executive team on external messaging and strategy. He previously held roles of increasing responsibility at Chevron, including in Treasury and M&A. Earlier in his career, Nick worked as an engineer at BP, with assignments at a natural gas liquids facility in Colorado, and at an offshore platform in the Gulf of Mexico, and in Azerbaijan.
Nick holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rice University and an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
Nick lives in California with his wife and two daughters. He loves the outdoors and takes his family backpacking every summer. He is currently working toward his goal of hiking the John Muir Trail with his kids.
